  • For most positions, we want to have you at our offices on average three times per week, to build culture. However, there are some positions that are office-based and some that are fully remote as well.

  • The recruitment process at Elaway varies between roles, teams, and functions so that they’re tailored for each new hire. You can always ask your contact person for specifics. In general, we go through 2-3 interviews where we deep dive into behaviors, competencies, and your previous experience. One of these interviews usually contains some kind of case study or presentation that you’ll need to prepare in advance (these are usually fun, so no need to stress!). To make sure we’ve found a good match, we also work with personality and reasoning tests on some of the positions.

  • Yes, indeed you can! If you’re interested and qualify for more than one position - go ahead!

  • We use smart technologies that improve collaboration between individuals and teams! Slack, Trello, Miro, and Figma are all examples of tech that we use every day.

  • No, higher education is not a hard requirement at Elaway. We believe that people have different backgrounds and paths that have led to where they are today. So, just apply – formal education or not!
