Background
Broad experience from various industries but mainly within B2C and commercial organizations such as Canon, Orkla, and Volvo Cars. I have also experience from electrical wholesale and thus very familiar with the installer's every day. People and Culture has always been my main focus in addition to general management, change management, organizational development and design, business development and strategy.

About Elaway
Norway has become a go-to place for learning about electric vehicles (EVs) and renewable energy, and at the heart of it all is Elaway, a scale-up founded in hydropower. After five years in operation, we've proudly built 1,400 charging facilities, serving over 140,000 parking spaces across our four markets. In 2022, we expanded our footprint to Sweden and Germany, drawing on our experience to make EVs more accessible throughout Europe. In 2024, we have added Denmark as our fourth market.
