We are Elaway! We exist to accelerate the green transition in Europe, from fossil fuels to electricity. We do so by making the installation and operation of charging facilities for housing communities easy.
Elaway Germany has the aim to drive change and lead the green transition in Germany using the experience from the Norwegian EV market. Our headquarter is located in the heart of Munich and from there, we aim to realise our ambitions - Making charging more available for everyone and by that, we contribute to a rapid adoption of electric vehicles 🚀.

We need your help
Elaway Germany is growing at rocket speed and so does the number of electric cars and with that, the number of potential customers. This is where you come in:
You will work closely with the Head of Sales, Key Account Managers, your teammates and with other cross-functional teams at Elaway. As Technical Account Manager in Germany, you will conquer Single Owners and real-estate giants that you work with closely.
This is your role
You are the ultimate Technical Account Manager, and you work with discipline and determination. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Supporting our customers with all technical questions related to our products, understanding their concerns and making the complex simple
- Informing and training customers in the products’ proper use to enhance the positive customer experience and ensure satisfaction
- You actively reach out to potential customers and follow up leads
- Collaborating with the sales team on refining the sales process
- Delivering and executing customer strategies
- Planning and executing Webinars on behalf of Elaway in alignment with the marketing team
- Calculating complex frame agreements, single projects, tenders and customer offers without losing sight of Elaway’s profit line
- Acting as a moderator between Single Owners & internal stakeholders by building strong relationships
- Being in charge of technical proposals and project-related costs
- Collaborating with the Operations Department regarding our product portfolio
- Preparing the annual budget plan for dedicated and new customers to include forecasts by account, assessing opportunities & risks.
Furthermore, you work closely with the Sales team and other cross-functional teams at Elaway to:
- Achieve sales and profit targets and manage the financial forecasting for the budget
- Develop selected key account partners in line with the sales distribution strategy.
- Be an active part of the Global Sales Team and support strategy development and team communication, sharing knowledge and opportunities wherever possible.
- Drive key projects to help improve our resource and cost efficiency and overall customer service.
Who are you
We believe that you have at least 3-5 years of experience in technical account management. Additionally, we believe that you have the following qualifications:
- Experience in Business Intelligence & CRM systems in B2C environments is a plus
- Working experience in the EV industry and premium branded product companies’ a plus
- You are able to communicate effectively and fluently in
- German (full working proficiency)
- English (full working proficiency)
- You pay attention to detail, are customer- and result-oriented
- You have a strong technical understanding of electrical grids and housing electrical works
- You always speak up when you come up with an amazing idea
- You are based in Munich or willing to relocate

Hybrid positions
We believe in in-person collaboration, but understand that a day or two at home can be a great way to just work through the to-do list. Thus, most of our positions are hybrid, meaning we would like you to be at one of our offices at least three times a week.

About Elaway
Norway has become a go-to place for learning about electric vehicles (EVs) and renewable energy, and at the heart of it all is Elaway, a young tech company founded in hydropower. After three years in operation, we've proudly built 1,100 charging facilities, serving over 75,000 parking spaces across Norway. In 2022, we expanded our footprint to Sweden and Germany, drawing on our experience to make EVs more accessible throughout Europe.
Elaway is a rapidly growing player in a fast-moving industry. Our goal is straightforward: to speed up the transition to EVs as part of the solution to the climate crisis.
