We are Elaway! We exist to accelerate the green transition in Europe, from fossil fuels to electricity. We do so by building a platform that accelerates the adoption of Electric vehicles in Europe by making the installation of complex charging facilities easy.
The Norwegian EV market is booming, and the country has been the perfect playground for us while experimenting with the market needs. Today, we are present in Norway, Sweden, Denmark and Germany.

We need your help
We are now looking for a new Project Manager to take responsibility for infrastructure projects in Norway as well as cross-market activities. You will play a key role in delivering EV charging installations on time, within budget, and with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality. You will also lead our installer program in Norway and ensure strong collaboration with partners and subcontractors.
This is your role
- Lead and coordinate multiple installation projects, including international handovers
- Take full ownership of project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with construction legislation (NS8407) and HSE requirements
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, representing Elaway with professionalism
- Coordinate with on-site electricians and set clear requirements to secure successful delivery
- Contribute to financial reporting and help strengthen administrative structures and processes
Who are you
You are first and foremost a great colleague – someone who combines competence with curiosity, humour, and a supportive mindset. You enjoy sharing knowledge, celebrating wins together, and lifting others up when challenges arise.
In addition, you bring the following:
- Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written
- Experience from the construction or contracting industry
- Knowledge of construction contract law, including NS8407
- The ability to thrive in dynamic environments, staying structured and proactive while building trust with colleagues and partners
It’s a plus if you also speak Danish, German, or Swedish, and have a fundamental understanding of electrical installations (but this is not a must).

We believe in in-person collaboration, but understand that a day or two at home can be a great way to just work through the to-do list. Thus, most of our positions are hybrid, meaning we would like you to be at one of our offices at least three times a week.

About Elaway
Norway has become a go-to place for learning about electric vehicles (EVs) and renewable energy, and at the heart of it all is Elaway, a scale-up founded in hydropower. After five years in operation, we've proudly built 1,400 charging facilities, serving over 140,000 parking spaces across our four markets. In 2022, we expanded our footprint to Sweden and Germany, drawing on our experience to make EVs more accessible throughout Europe. In 2024, we have added Denmark as our fourth market.
