Elaway Sweden kicked off in 2022, and since then we’ve been growing fast with big ambitions to electrify the country. With 50 amazing colleagues across Europe, we bring together different experiences, ideas, and energy — all working toward the same goal: becoming Europe’s largest provider of charging facilities for housing communities ⚡.

We need your help
The number of EVs is skyrocketing — and so is the need for accessible charging. That’s why we’re looking for a new Account Manager in Stockholm to take charge of the full sales journey: reaching out to potential customers, sparking their interest, following up, tailoring offers, and guiding them all the way to a signed deal.
You enjoy the mix of hunting for new opportunities and nurturing relationships, and you know how to balance being proactive with taking the time to truly listen. In short, you’ll be the driving force that helps more housing communities join the green shift.
Who you are
You’ve spent a few years working in sales — ideally 1-3 — and know the thrill of outbound work, from the first cold call to a signed deal. CRM systems are no mystery to you, and you enjoy keeping track of your pipeline. Most importantly, you’re energized by meeting new people and building relationships, and you’re comfortable taking the initiative to reach out to prospects.
Since most of our customers prefer Swedish, you feel completely at ease running the entire sales process in Swedish, but switching to English with colleagues across Europe is no problem. And because this role includes site visits, having a driver’s license is a must.

Hybrid positions
We believe in in-person collaboration, but understand that a day or two at home can be a great way to just work through the to-do list. Thus, most of our positions are hybrid, meaning we would like you to be at one of our offices at least three times a week.

About Elaway
Norway has become a go-to place for learning about electric vehicles (EVs) and renewable energy, and at the heart of it all is Elaway, a scale-up founded in hydropower. After five years in operation, we've proudly built 1,400 charging facilities, serving over 140,000 parking spaces across our four markets. In 2022, we expanded our footprint to Sweden and Germany, drawing on our experience to make EVs more accessible throughout Europe. In 2024, we have added Denmark as our fourth market.
Elaway is a rapidly growing player in a fast-moving industry. Our goal is straightforward: to speed up the transition to EVs as part of the solution to the climate crisis.
